My 8 yr. old daughter is suspected to have LOCAH. ACTH stimulation test,DHEA etc. are normal except for high testerone levels . She has pubic hair,acne and hirsutism. I’d read somewhere that Saw Palmetto may be used to reduce hisutism and generally to reduce peripheral actions of excess of androgens. Does anybody have any idea on its use and dosage?Please help.
