At three months my child had an extremely round face and was a little chubby.  At the time I didn’t think anything about it, but now that I look back at pictures I realize he must of been over medicated.  Now he doesn’t look as round in the face and he is definitly not chubby.  He is a little on the thin side.  He is two and weighs about 26lbs.
