I just wanted to post how grateful I am for the health technician at my daughter’s school. We often hear the negatives about missed meds etc. My daughter has always received her meds on time at school. Yesterday the school had a jog-a-thon. After the event the health tech went to find my daughter, check to see she was ok from all the extra exercise (on a warm sunny southern california day) and had her drink extra gatorade. Just to be sure she didn’t get dehydrated. This is nothing I have ever asked her to do, in fact it did not even cross my mind. She just did it on her own! It makes life so much easier when you’ve got people like this on your side!
