Absolutely!!! That is why I didn’t suspect anything when my little guy with CAH looked so chubby. His brothers were the same way and they didnt’ have CAH. However, looking back the kind of cheekiness was different. Regardless though, I think it is sometimes hard to tell just because for most of us, we just think it’s baby fat. I thought he looked cute!! But after two weeks of reduced cortef and no florinef, he still looked somewhat chubby but not chipmunky!
