I live in the Sacramento area as well... I live in Yolo County.  Looks like we’re neighbors!  Which Pediatric Endocrinologyst have you hooked up with?  My kids see Dr. Dennis Styne of UC Davis Med Center in Sacramento... he’s been really great with my kids.
