Hi Robert!  I am originally from Calif. but reside in CT for now.  In about 45 days we are relocating back there, this time we will be living in Vacaville!  Very close to you.  Our Endocrinologist here in CT is a very good friend with Dr. Styne and recommended him to us.  We will be using him for our daughters doctor as well.  It is great to hear such a wonderful thing about him from you.  There are a lot of families in your area, one even there at UC Davis.  Maybe we can all get together at some point in time.
