The oldest known "survivor" of CAH in the world is now 60 years old.  This is from a the office of a well-known "expert" on CAH.  It is quite possible that there are older ones who were not salt-wasting, and were raised male.  They likely would be have been super-luckly to escape an adrenal crisis but there are some.  At Bodies Like Ours, we do have some members who claim to be simple virilizing CAH and only diagnosed in adulthood.  Most identify/were raised as male because their bodies continued to virilize without the cortisols those of us who are diagnosed take to counteract that process.
