From what I have read regarding CAH girls (after the surgery of course) is that they really should have a c-section so as not to destroy the work that was done. I  know in our daughter’s case she would because they had to create a canal and "pull" down her vagina(it was too high up).

As far as your other questions go... I took dex when I was pregnant with my twins and came off after the amnio came back with one carrier and one unaffected. It is supposedly safe for the children but there has been controversy. After what we went through with our first we couldn’t not do anything to try to prevent the extensive surgeries she went through though.
