Hi all. It has been quite some time since I have posted here. I had a question to put out there. My 5 and a half year old daughter who has CAH due to 21 hydroxlase def. (salt waster) was just diagnosed with asthma today. They put her on an inhaler twice a day. Of course it too has steroids and we are in the process of finding out if this will alter her OHP ect. bloodwork readings. Her doctor is conversing with her endo. as we speak. It has made her soooo active. Bouncing off the walls to put it mildly. They said her body should get used to it and it should not bother her as much. Is there anyone out there with children that have asthma and CAH? Any advice. What are the meds. they are on? Has this interferred with blood work results? Thanks!Laura
