Michelle, you say you would not consider putting a picture of yourself on this messageboard in a bikini - neither would I.  It is just not appropriate.  If Anne-Marie wishes to display these photo’s of herself  on her own board (as suggested), then good luck to her.  I still say this is not the place!  

However, this is Danny’s board and if he encourages this kind of intimacy, then that is up to him.  I note that the questions regarding surgery are not allowed on the ’main board’ and are restricted to the ’controversy board’, yet this is a vital part of CAH and of far more interest to many parents/sufferers.  Whilst I appreciate the reason for this, where is the reasoning behind completely non-CAH messages appearing on the ’main board’? 

There are several other CAH messageboards and one on Addsion’s Disease which also encourage friendships but have a lot more regular users, probably because they do not abuse the board and deal with queries regarding adrenal problems in a far more professional and helpful manner.  I just felt it was a shame that this message ruined what at first glance appeared to be another decent source of information.
