77ng/dl of 17 OHP is very low for us. An acceptable range of 17 OHP should be 300 to 1000 ng/dl............Mine is curently in the 6oo’s and I’m very good. My daughter has locah too and her old doc had her down below 100.......way below........now her new doc has reduced her dose by almost half! We should never be within the "normal" range. In order to be that low we HAVE to be oversuppressed. I went though 7 years of agony because my diagnosing doc had me on twice the amount of Dex that I needed to be on. Plus the typical dose of dex for an adult should be .25 to .375 mg. So many people with locah get mistakenly maltreated and we suffer imensely.
