I’m trying to remember....I know I should keep records of dosage changes...Anyway, I believe we kept her dosage the same (endo wanted to play it safe) and waited for results. Once they came in we lowered her dose and retested in 6 weeks and this happened a couple of times. Then, her levels were right on and she started growing!!!!! (Height was my daughter’s issue not weight.) Once she started growing we have started to slowly increase her dose accordingly. But she is still on less than she was at age 4-10 months!! She is now 3 years! I am a firm believer in this method of dosing. I can’t really answer the other question. My daughter never had much of an appetite. Good luck. Just make sure you get him retested 4-6 weeks after dosage changes and he’ll be fine. Julia
