My other thoughts are that the levels in the morning would not be as high as what they had been on 10pm dosing I forget to add.  To me if your taking blood before that morning dose, then the child has only done some 4 hours since the last one so the 17 OHP levels would be lower than what they would have been had you taken it some 9-10 hours after the 10pm dose.  However, the only thing you can do Chris is go by what happen’s growth wise in my opinion and I would stay at the same quantity dose wise daily and play it by ear.  one thing is for sure, he will get a nice dob of GH at night and in the right place dosed in this way and the highest doses won’t be where they are now so you should see better results anyway even sticking with the same total daily amount he takes now.
