Dunno but it’s a good idea.  I like the idea of Hot and Cold files actually...they used to have them in my local Women’s center and you could just go in and check up on solicitors or doctors and other things like Hairdresser’s.  People just enter their comments or experiences  in a book...very enlightening. ;)
