Our son is only 10months old, so I don’t have experience with the teasing yet, but can understand your point.  However, I would much rather he be teased than be in an emergency situation where we aren’t there or are unconcious and he doesn’t get a shot that could save his life!  Our endo even suggested not getting it til he’s older, when he’s not with us all the time, but just incase of that car accident scenario-we decided it best to have the bracelet now.  I know it’s a personal decision, I just would rather be on the side of caution.

Children are teased for all sorts of reasons that we have no control over. I just can’t justify not having that bracelet. Bbest wishes!
