AndrewHello Risty
A genetics consultant confirmed for us recently that a sibling could be tested for the same mutation as a DNA test has shown me to carry, but that the spouse could not be tested with accuracy. This is because of the huge number (700+) of combinations capable of producing CAH.
If you or your sister do talk to a geneticist, ascertain the statistical risks involved - even without testing. These will probably reassure you.
