Diabetics have fluctuations in blood sugar’s, but it’s only the same for a CAH patient.  I could bet you ten to one a CAH’ers blood sugar fluctuates AS erractivly if not more between their cortisol doses as a diabetic’s does on occasion...   It’s the cortisol levels that determine the blood sugar levels anyway.   If they actually started recommending that CAH’ers take their blood sugar you’d see this on the blood glucose montoring.
