Thanks for your response.  Question: Is there a way to figure out if the meds will flow properly, before sticking the needle into the skin?  What did you do when you found that the needle was too small and the stuff wasn’t coming out properly?  

I’m glad you only ran into this once, and that generally it was all pretty easy.  Thanks for the warning...this will be a good thing for me to bring up with the nurse.
