Yes, our biggest crisis issue with our daughter is also the heat. She is 11.5 and plays competitive travel soccer. On hot days she plays goalie exclusively because she overheats so easily. We do gatorade and double her cortef. We tried tripling last year, but she became oversuppressed just from tripling on the weekends.
