I never gave my daughter a stress dose for her vaccines. I would do my very best to remember to give the Tylenol or Motrin BEFORE going to the dr office. As a baby there were never any problems with the vaccines. When she was 4 there she did have an episode of high fever (103) and vomiting that required an injection and trip to the ER. Since she had never reacted to vaccines before it is hard telling what the cause was.
