I’m currently on Dex .25 daily but my Endo wants me to switch to Hydrocortisone to reduce side effects.  She recommended 20mgs in the am and 10 mg’s at night.  This sounds like a lot to me.  I’m wondering what doses other people are on.  Does this seem excessive to anyone else or I’m I just  used to being on a small dose because it’s Dex?
