Yes our pharmacist makes it himself.  It has a shelf life of a little over a month.  I get a months supply at a time.  At first our pharmacist could only make a type that only lasted 1 week, but our endo at Dallas Childrens put him in touch with their pharmacy there, and they instructed him how to make it where it lasts over a month.  I live in DeQueen , Arkansas.
