I split florinef tablets we were instructed to dose the whole dose in one go.  However, I prefer to split the dose as I feel every 24 hours leads to an inconsistent levels and it is often argued then where is best to dose the one dose.  AM or PM.  Given in the AM , it may not be as affective in the PM and cause frequent trips to the loo during the night or bedwetting.  Given in the PM, it may be too high and have a negative affect on GH or other anabolics possibly if given with a large HCT dose at around 10pm.  Hard really to decide which to do for the best because aldosterone is not released into the blood stream every 24 hours and at very high levels there and then very low in the hours preceding the next 24 hou dose.  It is released continuously throughout the day like cortisol.  There may be lower levels at night possibly, but they would not be mimicked as closely I don’t believe as a 24 hr a day dose would.  In sleep fluid leaves the body more slowly if anything due to the slowing down of the metabolism etc. That’s why I prefer to split it as I do at the moment.
