Definitely talk to your daughter’s doc but my daughter has always taken her florinef once a day at the same as her Cortef. I’ve had two endos due to a move and both have her take it once a day. Just for my own education I’ll be asking her about it.

 She’s always been a very healthy girl and had only needed an injection once.
