I can’t tell you about when to take the florinef but I can tell you that .3mg of florinef a day is a lot no matter how you take it.  My daughter was taking that much and Dr. Migeon at Johns Hopkins and Dr. Merke at NIH said to make sure that dose is absolutely necessary and if so be extremely careful in checking blood pressure.  I took that info back to my endo and sure enough, once they checked the blood pressure correctly (they claim to have such a hard time on infants and they give up unless you hound them), it was very high and the dose came down immediately.

I don’t know your situation or your daughters age/issues etc.  but I thought I would throw that in just in case.
