I’d insist on a 24 hour profile Tonia.  There are times in the day when androgen levels can be quite high and they don’t necessarily have to be reflected in the bloods taken at 8am.  If this was the case kids would not have these problems your relaying.  To be honest it’s the least they should be doing in a situation like this to make sure that every dose in the day is doing as it should and not allowing very long high periods of exposure to androgens etc.

The other thing is, his interpretation of well manahed may not match other’s interpretation.  They all differ so widely in their opinion.  However, if he cannot bring her appointment forwards due to something like this then it sounds to me that she isn’t well managed in reality under this Doctor at all.
