No... I’m not offering any grants for CAH research... I’m just trying to find out if there are any grants specifically and actively promoting reseach in this area.  I’ve been searching the net but come up with nothing that targets CAH research. 

Who would be the best non-profit umbrella group to administer a grant of this type in the US... Or in Canada?  If money was to be donated for this specific, cause how could we be assured that it would go to this?   

Many of the kids that I teach at school just did a car wash to raise money for diabetes...yes it’s a worthy cause ...  someone on staff has a niece with diabetes.  Why aren’t we promoting fundraisers for adrenal disorder research?  I’m sure if I asked they’d respond .... I just don’t know who the money should go to.   With rare disorders, it is obvious that the pharmaceutical companies aren’t going to make a huge profit so their participation in private research is minimal at best.  We need to take a more proactive response.    Is  their a stigma of having CAH that is holding us back (even privacy issues).  Is there some way around this.  There has to be...Any ideas... as parents of CAH kids we need to get our act together.   Waiting for someone to do it for us just delays what can be accomplished today.
