I wanted to thank all of you for your wonderful input.  You gave me some good advice and some extra words to add to my phone call this morning with the endo.  We will be getting blood work done tomorrow morning and a bone age test and exam with the endo on Thursday morning.  I told them I was not getting off the phone until they found an appointment for her this week.  Magically, one came open for Thursday at 9 am.  I’m happy that we will be getting the process started but still think I will be searching for a new endo.  There are too many feelings I am having towards him, which leads me to wonder if I can even trust what he says to me.
