I know this has probably been asked heaps of times before but am wondering if you can outline how this other method of dosing works and when you do the actual dosing.  Another question I have is about those bone age xrays - how do the doctors actually measure bone age???  My children have never had this done.  Both my kids are probably going to be fairly small anyway because I am very small and my husband is just average height but I don’t want them to be disadvantaged heightwise due to their CAH.  Both have been on medication since birth so I am supposing that their bone age and height should be pretty well on target as they have always been under good control but I would like to check this all out with our endocrinologist anyway.
