My son who weighs 122 takes 10 am, 5 afternoon, 10 bedtime. He takes generic hydrocortisone which comes in 20 mg tablets. They have a cutting line down the middle so they are pretty easy to cut. He switched from Cortef to the generic about 3 yrs ago when my health ins took Cortef off it’s "formulary" list and it got really expensive. If I really believed the Cortef was better I would pay the cost but both the pharmacist and our endo (much respected and recognized in our area as a great endo so I trust her) feel it is the same. His levels were unchanged from the change in meds but he does have a rather mild condition. More info than you wanted but just an FYI.       Tonya
