Dear A,

I was there this week with my child too. We probably passed in the waiting room. They asked us to give them a copy of a picture of the whole family when we first went to see Dr. New and they took photos of the kids. They take the photos to help them to recognize your children next time they come in. They put it in the front of the chart. They will also update them every couple of years.
