Hi Heather!  I have no feedback for you with the possible UTI or from the perspective of having a daughter w/CAH because we have a son, but overall with meds & daily life, it really does get better as you’re already finding.  Our sweetie is 11 mos old, and though I still have my moments of panic, the overall worry is much better! I also quit work to stay home with him & it’s only been the last 2 months we’ve left him with grandma a couple times.  Just make sure the person watching your child is as prepared as possible -there are many people who have to leave their children (w/& w/o CAH)  so, it can be done.
