Hello!

 i spoke w/ our endo and he said that he received training in CAH from the above university and at the time of his leaving they were trying to set up a better protocal to help their patients receive the medication because they are aware of how difficult it is.  He said that he is not certain whether or not they have finished establishing that system but that it might be a good place to start since they are familiar with what you need.
