3 month old Daughter with CAH sweats, is this ok?

I am not sure if she is sweating because of her CAH (salt wasting) or if it’s something I should worry about. I know you can lose a lot of salt sweating so I am indeed a little concerned. She sweats around her temples and the sides and back of her head, it’s enough to make her hair wet. She only sweats (at least this is the only time I have noticed it) when she is breastfeeding. I don’t know if it’s just the closness of our bodies and she’s getting a little warm, or if it’s because of something else.  Could this be a sign of something bad with her CAH? I’ve also noticed that when I change her she has stickey feet, and also she’s had sticky arms as well. Does anyone know anything about anything like this? Is it to do with her CAH? She’s taking hydrocortisone and florinef.  Any insight would be greatly apprecitated. :)

Thanks in advance!
