Our endo had us give our daughter 1/4 tsp salt in her bottle throughout the day. That was pretty easy, but she’s no longer taking a bottle and is now exclusively breastfed. I’ve been putting some of the salt into some expressed breast milk that I use for her medicine but it isn’t anywhere near the 1/4 tsp the endo perscribed.

My question is, if you’ve got an infant or child with salt wasting CAH,  has your endo asked you to give them salt and how do you give it to them?
