She was diagnosed at birth with ambiguous genitalia, upon further testing I was informed that she had salt wasting CAH which she has continually been treated for ever since then.  They did NOT do DNA at that time, but it will be done now.   Apparently her 17 OHP has never (?) been elevated, and her bone age x-rays are always lagging her chronological age.  (By almost 1.5 yrs and she is only 5).  Keep in mind that they never even DID a bone age until almost 2 yrs ago at my insistance.
