My CAH son also had hypospadius at birth.  He, however, is 3 years old now and his penis is extremely large.  My friends used to comment on it’s large size when I changed his diaper.  I thought that maybe his CAH had something to do with it.  Does your son also have CAH?  It’s so wierd how the body works, good luck.
