We now do AM prior to morning meds. We were doing noon for a long time, as long as your Dr. knows when you are going and you go at the same time everytime it should be OK. We did not see any difference in levels when we switched to AM draw. There was a discussion quite some time ago about this issue and I think I asked the endo and he said go in the AM.
