Huge congratulations!!!  Four boys, wow is your house gonna rock-n-roll ;o) LOL! 

I totally know what you mean once you receive the news that you are having another CAH child.  Let me reassure you that the second time around is a walk in the park (at least it is for us, especially considering what we went through we our first son).  As matter of fact last night my mother and I were talking and commenting on how we forget (with the exception of giving meds) that either of my two CAH sons even have CAH.  It is so "normal" to us now that we hardly ever even think about it.
