I haven’t really read much about this, Mary, but here is a source that lists the anti-inflammatory properties of fludrocortisone as being 10x that of hydrocortisone.   http://web.uct.ac.za/depts/mmi/jmoodie/h02tab.html                       
 
If you use these numbers and wade through all the math, I think it ends up that 100 mcgs of fludrocortisone (1 tablet) = 1 mg of HCT.  With that said, I’d also like to add that drug equivalencies are very, very general.....so pls. take this number with a BIG grain of salt.  Could 100 mcgs be = to 3 mg of HCT under other circumstances?  Yeah, probably.  (But that’s a whole other long, boring post!)
