My daughter is 18 months old, SWCAH.  I noticed a cyst on her clitoris and it was quite prominent during one of her "erections".  Her pediatrician felt it was a sebaceous cyst and quite common in infants . Have any of you experienced something like that. I wonder if it has something to do with her being virilized and having more erectile tissue, meaning is this something you would associate with a penis.
