Hi,

I was wondering what are the procedures after a baby, known to have CAH, is born? My 2 yr old has SVCAH and the baby boy I am carrying as well. I am wondering if they will do a stim test as they did to my 2 yr old when he was diagnosed through newborn screening or do they just do a blood test then start the meds. I am sure it is different if you have SW CAH because of the chance of crisis.

Also, did you need to have any specialist at the birth? I want to be prepared and ask for what I need to have at the birth.
