I would say that you probably don’t need a specific term because most endocrinologist are very well connected with endocrinologists from all over the world that I’m sure if you say "Adrenal Hyperplasia" he/she will know what you are talking about.

If not, you might try looking up the words separately in a French dictionary( if I can find mind, I’ll look it up for you). I’m sure if you get Adrenals and Hyperplasia( which just means overgrown or enlarged) then you will probably be OK.
