Anne-MarieI have no ideas but to me it would matter. We have has nothing but problems when they took the bloods at any old time of day. I like to see consistency now, and don’t like the meds mussing up whats going on. I mainly switched because we switched dosing regimes and I needed to know that the 3am dosing was AS effective as the 10pm dosing and not over suppressing or whatever. I wanted to pay attention to the numbers whilst he is growing so well in particular without the meds being taken first, because I feel once I see familiar numbers and nice steady growth, I’ll know when things go wrong what we should be aiming for where his 17 OHP levels are concerned. I’m happy with his growth and the levels at present have ranged from 25-50 nmol/L so I know that these are the best ranges for him personally as he grows at a nice steady rate on them. I’m going to update his growth chart and cut and paste it here if I can to show you what is happening for him on those ranges since we switched to circadian dosing and took the bloods at that time before meds are given. Give me a couple of ticks anyway....
