Thanks for posting, he has been taking an afternoon dose for a long time..  Just starting the new schedule 2 days ago with the Dex...  So it not that...  He just had his major blood tests done at NIH...  Always has bloods done before meds. early am...  What is a 24 hour profile??  What are your sons numbers???
