We have a three week old SWCAH daughter and have a wonderful Ped/Endo.  We just went over this scenario with him and Janet is right on with all of the info. we have received.  Of note, our Pedo/Endo. states that we should always error on the side of calling him as opposed to second guessing (day or night), I can not say enough great things about him.......
