That is the acceptable reference range used in the UK for all ages - it is stamped on my son’s report on all profile results.  When he was younger, they did expect the first blood spot to be nearer the 30nmol/l though, whereas they are not bothered if it is nearer 70nmol/l now.  His growth has been excellent and he is midway through his pubertal spurt - following the lines on the growth  chart.  It is acceptable for the testosterone level to be higher (as this is produced by the testes) but the 17OHP level should not rise greatly as activity from the adrenal glands should not alter during this time.  The figure of 2000ng/dl that Brenda quotes would be acceptable here, though near the top of the range so indicating an increase in hydrocortisone is required shortly.
