Absolutely Jane.  We had a doctor that acted as if he didn’t need to take the time to explain anything to us lowly parents and we marked him off.  You are your child’s only voice and the only one that will stand up for everything he/she needs and to do that you MUST be knowledgable in the subject.  Your doctor is your tool to understanding not a wizard that holds secrets.  That attitude of just only being concerned with one level may indicate that your endo is not as well versed in the intricacies of CAH.  Please shop around for a different endo that is willing to take their time with you.
