My three month old baby was mistakendly misdiagnosed with SWCAH when he really only has NC genes.  I just got hold of the first few blood tests which were done on him right after he was diagnosed.  Looking through the results my heart almost sank.  They all show elevated levels of potasium.  Looking on the dates when the tests were done I realize that his potasium continued to rise even after he was already taking florinoff for a month.  I’m frantic!  What can I expect this to mean?  Is there a possibility that he has another undiagnosed condition besides for CAH or is it normal for babies to present such levels?
