I also get remarks about my CAH baby all the time but on the other end.  He is 6 month old and weighs almost 20 pounds.  People advise me to see a specialist to find out why he is so extremely chubby.  The cortisone blows him up and it also makes him very hungry.  He is always ready to eat even right after I finish feeding him.   My heart goes out for him when he so sweetly and innocently chews with his lips and cries to indicate that he wants food but I can’t give him.
